Green Saves Green is a nonpartisan, all-volunteer, homegrown organization dedicated to protecting our local environment. We believe our children deserve to inherit a clean, safe, and beautiful world.
Since 2017, we have been partnering with area citizens, students, teachers, community leaders, and civic groups to monitor water quality, plant trees, pick up litter, improve trails, provide outdoor education, and much more!

Programs and Initiatives
Our members identify local problems and design solutions. We collect water samples from our rivers and creeks, organize community and campus cleanups, adopt trails, offer outdoor education for students, and lots more. Be the change you want to see!

Workshops, giveaways, community service projects, special events, and more. Come learn about our local environment and what every one of us can do to make a difference.
Action Grants
Have an idea and a plan for a local environmental project? Educators, students, and youth organizations and clubs are invited to apply for a Green Saves Green Action Grant.
Become a Member
Our environment is everyone’s responsibility to preserve and protect. Listen and learn, or pick a project and dive in.
